We don’t process payments directly on our website, so payments are completed offline.
After placing your order, you can complete the payment via:

• Credit Card: After placing your order, you’ll receive a Square invoice sent to your email. You can safely complete your credit card payment through that invoice.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a Square invoice sent to your email. You can safely complete your payment using a credit or debit card directly through that invoice.
Once payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
After placing an order with us, you'll receive an email containing your order number and payment instructions. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If you're a member, you can also find it by accessing 'My Orders' on your member profile. If you still can't find it, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll gladly provide you with the order number.
Our team processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. If you sent your payment via Cash App, Zelle, or credit card invoice and included your order number or name, your order is all set and will be prepared for shipping. If you did not include your order number or name with your payment, please contact us so we can match it correctly:

We do not send separate “payment confirmed” emails. The only automated email you will receive is the shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
