If the tracking doesn't indicate the package as "delivered," we'll promptly send a replacement. In the rare instance that the replacement doesn't reach you, we'll issue a full refund. For orders to qualify for same-day shipping, they must be placed before 5 PM (EST). Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship orders during the weekend. Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) on Fridays will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.
We provide nationwide shipping and guarantee delivery across the United States. If, for any reason, your order fails to reach you, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
