My420Plug does not sell to minors. Any attempt to purchase by individuals under the legal age is strictly prohibited.
PRODUCT & ORDER POLICY
All product descriptions are written to the best of our knowledge. We carry only authentic products and do not sell counterfeits.
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are accurate at the time of publication. My420Plug reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or update prices without prior notice.
- Promotions: Discounts may be automatically applied during checkout or provided through official coupon codes shared via our email campaigns.
- Availability: Our inventory updates in real time, but high-demand items can sell out quickly. If a product becomes unavailable, our team may contact you to offer a similar replacement option.
At checkout, customers will see the following option:
“If your selected flavor is out of stock, may we fulfill this order with a similar product or strain?”

If you select YES: You authorize My420Plug to substitute your selected item with a similar product when necessary. By agreeing, you acknowledge that substitutions are considered final and are not eligible for replacement, refund, or complaint regarding the substituted item.

If you select NO: Our team will contact you before making any changes to your order to confirm your preferred alternative.
ORDER PROCESS
To place an order, simply add your selected items to your cart and proceed through checkout. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing your order number, total, and detailed payment instructions.
We currently accept payments via Zelle and Credit/Debit Cards. Please note that available payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice.
Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received. If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK POLICY
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting My420Plug to resolve the issue.
Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in order denial, account restriction, and further action if necessary.
We reserve the right to provide order details, delivery confirmation, and customer communication records to payment processors to dispute any chargeback claims.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Method: We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Processing Time: Orders paid before 2 PM PST ship the same day. Orders after that time ship the next business day. No weekend shipping.
Delivery Time: Estimated 2–4 business days. Delays caused by USPS or external factors are outside our control.
Tracking: Tracking is automatically sent once your order ships.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE
My420Plug guarantees delivery for all orders.
A package is considered lost if 10 days have passed with no tracking updates. If tracking shows “Arriving Late,” we will wait up to 14 days before taking action, as USPS is still attempting delivery.
If a package is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost.
If a replacement is issued and the original package is later delivered, My420Plug reserves the right to request payment for the duplicate order.
Customers may be asked to provide an alternative shipping address for replacement orders. If no alternative address is provided, the replacement will be shipped to the original address on file.
If a replacement order is shipped to the original address and is also not successfully delivered, My420Plug reserves the right to no longer ship to that address for future orders.
If an order is returned or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, My420Plug will reship the package for a $9.99 delivery fee. Customers must confirm the corrected address and pay the reshipping fee before the replacement package is sent.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
My420Plug does not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review all issues on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility Window:
All claims must be submitted within 48–72 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Proof Requirement:
To process any claim, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue, including the packaging and shipping label when applicable.
Processing Time:
Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within up to 3 business days. Replacement orders will be shipped after processing is completed. Please note that Mondays are critical operational days, and replacement orders are not shipped on Mondays.
Product Issues:
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within the eligibility window with proof. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong item, we will review your order. If a substitution was approved at checkout, replacements may not be available. If no substitution was authorized, we will send the correct item or issue a refund.
• Unsatisfied with Product: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We may offer a one-time replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot send funds to a different account.
Policy Abuse:
My420Plug reserves the right to deny any claim in cases of suspected abuse, excessive replacement requests, or fraudulent activity.
